Introduction
Cooperation with Bosnia-Herzegovina has solely been based on the participation of experts from the Ministry of Transport in the annual conferences of Window 8 Roads and Regional Development. These conferences are the 3rd Conference, which took place in 2006 in Eger, Hungary and the 4th Conference in 2007 in Prague, Czech Republic. In the upcoming 5th Conference in May 2008 in Tallinn, Estonia, Bosnia-Herzegovina is going to be represented by a participant who will give a presentation.
