Window 8 Roads and Regional Development, that this toolkit is based on, is active in various countries in Central and Eastern Europe as well as Southeast Europe. Bilateral and multilateral exchange of knowledge and expertise on the economic and environmental dimensions of the roads and regional development takes place between the Netherlands and the twelve countries pertaining to the aforementioned regions of Europe.
