In the 8^th Window of Partners for Roads the Netherlands' Directorate-General of Public Works and Water Management is cooperating with the consultancy companies DHV and NEA. These core participants have been a part of window 8 since it was initiated in 2001 which have created a long-term relationship among them and also with the countries within the Window. Netherlands DG for Public Works and Water Management, agency of the Ministry of Transport, Public Works and Water Management, is responsible for developing the national motorway network of The Netherlands.
DHV

DHV is an international consultancy with departments active in road development, environment, and the management of cooperation.
NEA

NEA is an independent international institute, working in the fields of transport, traffic, infrastructure and logistics. Its activities include research, consultancy and training.
